1. We anticipate a three-year loan term for your investment. Investors will automatically have their initial investment returned no later than at the completion of the full 3-year term and upon the successful completion of the project being the completion of construction and the Hotel ready to commence trading.
2. The fixed 10% advertised interest rate is net of fees and expenses, so there are no hidden fees that cut into the stated interest rate. You receive 10% interest per annum, paid monthly.
